Antistatic agent CY - SN is a kind of polyester/polyether antistatic anti-fouling finishing agent. Used for polyester fabric and polyester blended fabric electrostatic treatment, increase wearing comfort.

【 Characteristics 】

This product makes the fabric has good water imbibition, feel is very soft; Antistatic performance, can significantly reduce the accumulation of static electricity on the garment and dust absorption. Good durability, easy decontamination. Reduce the fabric dyeing and finishing process in the accumulation of static electricity, with most good intermiscibility of dyes and auxiliaries.

【 Application 】

Impregnation method: used for pure polyester batch process with dyeing bath processing 2 ~ 4% (for fabric);

Process conditions: dealing with 20 ~ 30 min x 40 ~ 50 ℃, can according to need to dry after heat setting.

Padding method: can finish independently or with resin, whitening agent, softening agent, bath. Available: 20 ~ 40 g/l

Process conditions: pad to drying (110 ~ 130 ℃), baking (180 ~ 190 ℃ / 30 seconds).
